The University of Gloucestershire is a vibrant university with exceptional locations in both Cheltenham and Gloucester. We are seeking an inspirational new Director of Human Resources to lead our ambitious People and Culture Strategy, building upon the progress already made in order to enable the University to excel in achieving the goals within its Strategic Plan.

With significant experience in HR and the ability to articulate a clear strategic vision for people management, you will have a proven track record of managing constructive employment relations, organisational development, cultural change, and strategic workforce planning.

In leading the HR team, you will ensure that they build on current good practice in enabling the University to achieve its ambitions by supporting managers and demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding service and advice.
