Internal Recruiter: Permanent: Liverpool: Part-time: Paying £26,000 (pro rata) + amazing benefits

Our forward-thinking client, a market leader in their field, are currently looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on a permanent part-time basis.

As the Internal Recruiter you will report into the Recruitment Manager and you will be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish as well as the following:

* End to end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business
* Supporting on high volume recruitment campaigns
* Direct sourcing of high calibre candidates to meet hiring manager and vacancy requirements
* Building talent pools across key geographical areas
* Initial CV screening
* Utilising a variety of sources to support effective direct sourcing such as Broadbean, job boards, LinkedIn etc.
* Efficient use of the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all records are accurate and well maintained
* Stakeholder management
* Providing an exceptional recruitment service, delivering constructive and timely feedback to all applicants

In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience of working within a recruitment role, agency or internal, as well as the following qualities:

* Experience of working to targets and tight time frames
* Adept at managing a high-volume workload
* A strong user of LinkedIn
* Strong rapport building skills
* A confident and charismatic individual with a genuine passion for recruitment
* Tenacity and gravitas
