Interim HR Administrator job paying £12-£13.50p/h

Your new company
You will be working for a non- for-profit organisation located in Monument, Central London.

Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be joining a small HR Department of 3 people supporting 200 employees. Daily, you will be required to support with HR Administration including maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in addition to tracking leave and absences. Other duties will include arranging monthly lunch and learn training events, end to end recruitment, managing new starter process and supporting with ad hoc projects. This is an interim role for a period of 4 months initially paying £12-13.50 p/h.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR Administrative experience is essential. You must demonstrate good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook) and experience of working with HR Databases. You will be required to work well independently and as part of a team, so you demonstrate strong inter-personal skills combined with a flexible, organised, and friendly approach. As an individual you will be proactive with a positive can-do attitude. You will be required to start week commencing 11th November 2019, so you must be immediately available.
