Your new company
Our client international bank, located in the City of London is on the search for an experienced HR Manager to join the firm covering period of 14 - 15 months maternity leave starting ASAP located in the City of London.

This will be a full HR generalist role with payroll and working in a stand along capacity - hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full generalist including the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and practices, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, staff development and Payroll etc.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working as an HR Manager within Financial Services Banking environment will be a must.
Experience as HR generalist with an understanding of UK Employment Law and HR / financial regulation will be a must.
Ability to work with stakeholders on all levels, adapt to different cultures and confident in working stand alone on both strategy and delivery based HR.
Hold a relevant HR Degree or equivalent
CIPD qualification is a great advantage but not essential
