Newlon Housing Trust is a fast-growing provider of 8,000 high quality affordable homes situated across north and east London. In 2018, we celebrated our 50th anniversary and we won multiple national awards, including for our outstanding contribution to home ownership and for development team of the year.

Your role will be to work in the small HR team with a lead on Employee Relations and Recruitment.  You will also work with your colleague in delivering Newlon’s Learning and Development Strategy.

Being CIPD qualified, or with equivalent experience, you will have experience in providing support and guidance to all levels of staff on general HR issues. You will need to have up-to-date knowledge of employment issues and strong attention to detail and the foresight to identify and mitigate risk. Excellent communications and customer service skills, and the credibility to gain respect and build rapport throughout the organisation.  You will also be comfortable working with autonomy.

In return, we can offer you 27 days holiday, an 8% non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi-time scheme. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
