This is a broad and varied role for an experienced HR Advisor.

Your new role

Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering the HR strategy. You will be first point of call within HR for all queries and must deliver a professional service to all employees. You will be carrying out investigations were applicable and supporting with the occupational health process. A big part of the role will be to co-ordinate the recruitment process including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and co-ordinating the onboarding process. You will also be required to work with recruitment agencies for interim staff.

You will be required to update policies when needed and support with job evaluation policy and procedures. You will be attending weekly operational meetings and health and safety meetings with the HR Manager to improve processes. You will also be responsible for booking training and development courses for colleagues and developing the learning and development program.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will be studying level 7 CIPD and have thorough experience within a HR Advisor role. This position is working in a fast-paced environment and you must be able to communicate with people of all levels. This position would suit someone looking to get more experience in a varied but challenging role.
