YOUR NEW COMPANY
A rare opportunity has presented itself to work for an iconic luxury fashion brand in their London headquarters. This British brand started in the 1980s and has grown tremendously since its conception to open stores in London and across the world. They specialise in modern looks leaning toward simplicity and clean lines, rather than seasonal moment trends.

YOUR NEW ROLE
This brand is looking to recruit for an HR administrator for their London office. This will be a combination role where you will take on responsibilities within administration, HR & accountancy. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: How does this Role support fulfilling Our Vision: By contributing to the process of all stock/ sales and Intake within their department and ensuring all admin work surrounding these are completed accurately. Summary of Key Activities:


* Purchase order management - raising POs and send to suppliers
* Intake management - Managing Line Cards, chasing Suppliers for correct info, maintaining POs with correct due dates and quantities
* Create the Monday Pack for Monday trade meetings
* Help merchandisers with analysis and preparation for sign off
* Produce line prints for meetings and make suggestions to ensure stock is in correct channels
* Produce weekly sales information for line cards
* Liaise with suppliers regarding any ad-hoc queries
* Stakeholder Communication
* To communicate effectively with all internal and external Stakeholder. Making sure you show awareness of the operational effect and impact of our decisions on other areas of the business and communicate accordingly.
* Keep the business up to date with new line intake
* Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the team or the business, Take responsibility for own Development, learning through observing and effective communication with the team.
