This is an exciting role for an experienced Pay & Reward Specialist to join a market leading business. The business is currently going through significant transformation, a key part of which is the review and improvement of their Rewards and Benefits offering, making sure that it is fit for purpose and forms a coherent part of their people strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Pay and Reward and your responsibilities will include

* Reviewing the current methodology and making recommendations for change so the organisation is able to attract and retain talent.
* Managing the project on a day to day basis ensuring robust communication to all relevant stakeholders.
* Conducting external benchmarking.
* Implementing an effective job evaluation process, ensuring that pay and benefits are determined fairly and consistently across the organisation.
* Extracting and analysing pay data and working with finance to ensure future proposals are sustainable

The successful candidate will have

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and accurately
* A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively as well as meeting tight deadlines.
* Proven experience within Pay and Reward
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build & maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.
