Job Details
Description
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance on policy and procedure in areas such as flexible working, sickness, absence and disciplinaries. You will also manage your own ER cases, coaching managers where necessary.
This is a stand alone role and so you will be responsible for all areas of HR including HR Administration, Recruitment, Performance Management and ER.
You will report to the HR Manager but you will be comfortable looking after to the day to day running of the HR function.
Profile
In order to be considered for this HR Advisor role, you will have a generalist background and will be happy managing the administration as well as supporting managers and managing ER cases from start to finish.
You will have a CIPD level 5 qualification or be working towards this.
Previous exposure within manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential.
