Job Details
Description
* Drive best practice within the HR department, ensuring compliance and a high level of service for stakeholders.
* Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues
* Provide employment law advice to line managers
* Being the first line of support to line managers and helping them to deal with employee issues as best as possible.
* Oversee the learning and development division and asses company training needs.
* Assist with the management of the People Team Advisors and Assistants.
Profile
* You will ideally have a CIPD Level 5 qualification
* You will ideally have previous experience working in a HR Manager role
* You will ideally have worked in a similar industry
Job Offer
* £35,000-£40,000 per annum basic salary (depending on experience)
