The HR Solutions Manager is effectively the role of an HR Business Partner leading HR across 3 sites. The role is very much a generalist opportunity working close with the senior management team.

The HR Solutions Manager role needs someone that understands progressive HR within a fast-paced blue collar environment that can really business partner with the senior leadership of the sites and wider business.
