Job Details
A charity in London is recruiting a Learning and Development Administrator on a short interim basis. They are looking for someone to deliver strong L&D support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all training and learning events and managing communication with staff and suppliers
- Maintain and update employee training information
- Respond to all L&D queries, escalating issues where necessary
- Produce reports and analysis of learning activities
- Provide support to the L&D Advisors and Head of L&D
Qualifications/experience required
- Demonstrable experience in an L&D role
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written communication
- Experience using databases and producing reports
- Organised and able to react to a varying workload
