Description
* HR Manager will be the first point of call for employee relations across the client group
* Empower and motivate a direct report, play an integral role in their development
* Create a positive and ambitious environment
* Work closely with relevant HR team across multiple sites to share ideas and implement company strategies
* HR compliance, payroll, multisite employee and performance management
Profile
* An experienced HR Manager within logistics distribution and supply chain sectors is desirable
* Must have strong senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to come across as a credible and reliant HR professional
* Proven generalist knowledge including employee relations, employee performance, change and transformation/ TUPE and implementing policies and procedures
* An approachable, employee-centric individual with experience supporting client groups across multiple sites
* Be innovative, creative and eager to confidently explore and share improved ways of working
* Strong UK employment law and local knowledge
