Henlee Resourcing is working in close partnership with an innovative business based in Cheltenham, to recruit an experienced and operationally focused HR Manager.

Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a small team, you will be responsible for providing operational HR support to the UK business, whilst ensuring all administrative processes within HR and on-boarding are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities include;

* Develop and implement a core HR Service
* Set KPIs and provide detailed monitoring and reporting on performance
* Manage the HR team, ensuring effective employee lifecycle processes
* Manage all benefits to the UK employee population, including annual salary reviews, renewals and the introduction of new benefits and preferred suppliers
* Participate in any HR projects as directed
* Take responsibility for all HRIS systems. Including acting as super user for SAP Success Factors
* Work collaboratively with the UK Payroll to ensure remuneration-related changes are made for employees, including; starters, leavers, promotions and awards etc
* Support the Head of HR Operations in developing and growing a professional and engaged team

Suitable applicants will have solid all-round generalist experience, gained (ideally) from working in a shared service environment.

You will have a strong understanding of SAP success factors (or similar) and advanced Excel skills (highly desirable), coupled with excellent analytical and numerical skills. You will be adept at delivering HR change programmes, have excellent interpersonal / stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead, develop and mentor a hard-working team.
