Circe 200 headcount (plus ad hoc workers)
Description
Leading on the HRIS/Payroll/Benefits function and developing to provide best in class service.
HRMI Reporting
Partnering wider HR function on recruitment, reward and HR analytics
Overseeing monthly payroll (line management over payroll officer)
Administering benefits/pensions for client group
Delivery of new HRIS system mid-2020.
Profile
You will be a strong, confident HRIS/Payroll professional, ideally with a NfP background
Experience of Civil Service Pension Scheme desirable.
