In House Resourcing Consultant

Following the expansion of their UK Business our Client are looking to appoint an In House Resourcing Consultant to support one of their UK businesses and all key senior stakeholders to ensure the business attracts the best talent for their business needs and strategy.

Your key strengths will be sourcing high quality talent in competitive market places - proven track record of creatively addressing recruitment demands to meet your key stakeholders requirements.

Key responsibilities:

* support all recruitment advertising and selection for the business
* Develop stakeholder relationship management activities
* Provide project plans to highlight added value recruitment initiatives
* Monitor and ensure diversity through the recruitment process
* Maintain Up-to-date skills in recruitment delivery methodologies and customer support best practice

You will have a successful track record within a Resourcing function, where you work with a high degree of integrity, tenacity and high work ethic and will preferably be educated to a degree level
