Job Details

I am delighted to be working exclusively with this values-driven social business in the search for an exceptional HR Business Partner, for a fixed term period of 12 months. 

Based from their central London offices and with some travel to other offices nationally, as HR Business Partner you will work in partnership with all areas of the organisation to provide a consultancy service that delivers HR best practice, commercially focused HR solutions, management information and employee relations support to enable key stakeholders to effectively deliver their corporate goals.

To be considered you will require:

  • Full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), or an equivalent professional body
  • Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other discipline
  • Substantial HR experience within a multi-site setting
  • Proven track record in successfully dealing with complex employee relations issues
  • Up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation and best practice
  • Experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing strategy, policy or operational plans across a multi-site organisation
  • Track record of contributing to the management of change and experience of leading on restructuring programmes
  • Experience of TUPE and related processes and experience of conducting consultations with staff and other key stakeholders 
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity issues
  • Knowledge of job evaluation process, grading structures and links with reward
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment and leading on aspects of audit and compliance
