Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner - Based High Wycombe- £38,000 -£42,000 6 to 9 month FTC

This is a leading national organisation who are leaders in their industry. Part of a global group company they have a Head Office function based in South Buckinghamshire


Your new role

Covering maternity, this 6 to 9 month contract will support a Head Office function that supports a multi site industry. A full HR Generalist role, key areas will be supporting Line Managers to deliver the People agenda including performance, succession planning and ensuring all vacancies are benchmarked and reviewed before the recruitment process takes place.
You will champion employee engagement and work closely with the HR advisor to ensure all people related casework is dealt with and escalated when necessary




What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or have gained in depth HR experience and knowledge through your career. You'll be experienced at coaching Business Leaders and Managers and supporting other members of the HR team . You'll be used to working in a fast paced customer facing culture and be able to think on your feet
