Henlee Resourcing is working in close partnership with an innovative business based in Cheltenham, to recruit an experienced and operationally focused HR Project Manager.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working within a small HR team, you will be responsible for providing operational, project and systems support for HR, whilst ensuring all administrative processes and onboarding is effectively managed for the UK business.

Key responsibilities include;

* Develop and implement a core HR Service
* Set KPIs and provide detailed monitoring and reporting on performance
* Ensure an effective employee lifecycle processes is performed by the team
* Manage all benefits to the UK employee population, including annual salary reviews, renewals and the introduction of new benefits and preferred suppliers
* Participate and lead on HR projects
* Take responsibility for all HRIS systems. Including acting as super user for SAP Success Factors
* Work collaboratively with the UK Payroll to ensure remuneration-related changes are made for employees, including; starters, leavers, promotions and awards etc
* Support the Head of HR Operations in developing and growing a professional and engaged team

Suitable applicants will have solid all-round generalist experience, gained (ideally) from working in a shared service environment, coupled with strong HRIS and project management skills. A strong understanding of SAP success factors (or similar) and advanced Excel skills is highly desirable!

You must have excellent analytical and numerical skills, be adept at delivering HR change programmes and have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
