Interim HR Payroll Manager

A national organisation based in Leeds City Centre.


Description

The main responsibility of this role is to lead on behalf of the HR team the relationship and interface with our payroll and pension provider and to act as the first point of contact/stakeholder manager for all payroll related queries with both internal employees, the HR team, the Finance team and the third party payroll/ pension provider.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will be expected to work with other members of the HR team and where necessary lead on investigating pay and payroll related problems and projects; whilst coaching HR colleagues in their understanding of payroll.


Profile

The ideal candidate will be available to start an initial interim role next month and have the following experience:

* Previous experience with Payroll/ Payroll Management is essential
* Previous experience within Office Management or HR is desirable
* NHS experience is desirable
* Able to perform the full end to end process of Payroll
* Experience working within a large and complex organisation
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Knowledge of ESR is desirable


Job Offer

Day rate based on the salary range £37,500 - £43,500pa
