A leading branding and advertising agency specialising in the retail sector is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team in London. You will support on a multitude of tasks to ensure that the agency provide a truly remarkable employee experience. With just over a 100 people across the business there is plenty of scope to get stuck into the role and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll report directly to the HR Advisor and will benefit from wider group support and coaching.
We are looking for someone who’s passionate about building their career in HR, is eager to learn and take on responsibility. You need to be comfortable in a fast paced environment with a hugely flexible and adaptable approach. You’ll need great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Management of live vacancies across the agency – screening applications, conducting telephone interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and managing all candidate interactions
- Assist with posting job adverts
- Manage start & leaver processes including contracts, references, offer packs, onboarding plans & exit interviews
- Support processing employee data for monthly payroll
- Help with coordination and set up of all internal training courses across the business
- Ensure employee personnel files are accurately maintained
- Support annual employment engagement survey
- Support of all HR projects and events
You will have excellent development opportunities and will be supported and coached as your career develops with the agency. A related degree or previous relevant HR exp is essential.
