My client are based near Sevenoaks.


Description

* Maintain the employee database
* Oversee the recruitment email and ensure the recipients receive their emails
* General recruitment administration such as job posting, contracts, offer letters etc.
* Utilise the ATS for sourcing
* Make sure the HR function is GDPR compliant
* Taking calls and recording sickness and absence
* Carry out training programme administration
* other adhoc HR responsibilities


Profile

* You will ideally have some experience already in HR
* You will be an enthusiastic and diligent administrator
* You will be able to handle a fast paced environment
