Recruitment Assistant - Legal Permanent £30,000 Managing the full recruitment process within London

International law firm head quartered in London. Currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to facilitate the end to end recruitment process for the Business Services division. The role will focus on recruiting across a number of different areas including HR, Finance, Tech and Marketing.

Your new role

* Managing the full recruitment process of roles that sit within HR, Finance, IT, Marketing & Business Development, Admin/Secretarial.
* Assist with recruitment needs in the Sydney, Singapore and Italy offices through direct sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
* Liaise with hiring managers regarding their requirements, managing their expectations and providing them with constructive best practice advice.
* Keeping abreast of current recruitment trends, salary bandings and general market knowledge
* Producing detailed job specifications and advising hiring managers on the structure of appropriate screening practices in line with the role requirements
* Creating social media content for LinkedIn and proactively headhunting for roles via LinkedIn Recruiter

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience or interest within Law / Legal services.
* Agency or internal recruitment experience managing the end to end lifecycle.
* Focus on Direct sourcing and mapping the market
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
