An organisation in London is recruiting a Recruitment Officer on a 4-month fixed term basis. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive recruitment support.

Responsibilities 

  • Support a busy recruitment team with end to end recruitment support
  • Manage the candidate onboarding and induction process
  • Draft job adverts and recruitment packs
  • Ensure that all relevant information is kept up to date and recorded accurately
  • Liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders with regards to specific job postings
  • Work agilely across the team and provide recruitment support where necessary

Qualifications/experience required

  • Experience of supporting a busy recruitment team with strong experience in the onboarding process
  • High level of organisation skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Great communication and literacy skills
