Job Details
An organisation in London is recruiting a Recruitment Officer on a 4-month fixed term basis. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive recruitment support.
Responsibilities
- Support a busy recruitment team with end to end recruitment support
- Manage the candidate onboarding and induction process
- Draft job adverts and recruitment packs
- Ensure that all relevant information is kept up to date and recorded accurately
- Liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders with regards to specific job postings
- Work agilely across the team and provide recruitment support where necessary
Qualifications/experience required
- Experience of supporting a busy recruitment team with strong experience in the onboarding process
- High level of organisation skills and the ability to prioritize
- Great communication and literacy skills
