Your challenge?  To lead our People Experience function, covering areas including: employer brand; employee engagement; reward; diversity and inclusion; performance and talent; national learning and development; and strategic resourcing and workforce planning. Lead the culture strand to deliver on our strategic objectives set out in our Future of Advice Strategy. To be accountable and visible across the organisation, and ensure we have people initiatives which are bold and inclusive.

The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to both the business and the People directorate in order to attract, retain and develop high calibre people to the organisation creating bold and inclusive people strategies that align to business strategy. Holistically the role is responsible for the end to end employee journey and will involve a mix of people skills such as business partnering, talent acquisition and talent development.

The successful candidate will be working for a great organisation with a developing culture and who truly value their employees.

A strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations to provide clarity and recommend areas of focus, creating a compelling vision is second nature to you. You’ll have a proven ability to strategically lead an inventive function that adds value to the leadership team and our whole service, excellent budget management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
