You will be joining a world leading University in Central London, specifically supporting an innovative and prestigious new programme.
Your new role
This is an integral role working closely with a high performing cohort of students and graduates with their career development, often leading to careers for global businesses such as consultancies, financial services and technology. You will support students utilising a range of high level advice, guidance and development tools; including 1on1 coaching, group workshops, experiential learning, alumni events and online/blended working. This will be coupled with providing sound knowledge of recruitment processes and tailored industry expertise, to ensure students are prepared for applications and interviews/assessments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced careers consultant in the Higher Education sector; or you may be a seasoned internal recruitment specialist with experience gained within the commercial sector (ie consultancies, financial services, technology). As a person, you will be a credible individual with the desired gravitas to coach students and work with senior academic stakeholders. This is in hand with possessing a self-motivated, positive attitude and being passionate about learning!
