Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. We have an outstanding opportunity for a HR Manager to join the central team and lead and oversee Human Resources for the Trust.

Working with Principals and School Business Managers/HR in each Academy, you will provide advice and guidance on strategic and operational HR matters. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of HR systems and processes across the Trust, ensuring consistency across Academies and building the employer brand.  You will be central to developing and sustaining excellent operational standards across the Trust and supporting the Executive Leadership Team and Trustees in promoting a highly professional and effective working culture.

Who are we looking for?

To meet the challenge you will be an experienced and highly credible HR professional with a track record of managing and delivering a generalist HR service. You will have an up to date knowledge of employment law and have used this knowledge in a wide variety of HR situations. Your experience will be underpinned by a formal HR qualification and you may have experience in the education sector, although this is not essential. You will be a strong communicator with a proven ability to build highly effective internal and external business relationships at all levels. You will be able to show resilience and able to handle a diverse and complex workload whilst maintaining a positive approach.  The post offers challenge, reward and role development for the right candidate. The role is based at Woodkirk Academy In Tingley with regular travel to all Trust sites.
