Your new company
A precision engineering organisation near to Woking. Due to a renewed people plan, and Interim Reward partner is required for a period of around 3 months to implement the new proposals.

Your new role
Leading the reward project and working alongside senior HR stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing the existing people and culture strategy with regards to the Reward aspects. In an organisation of c800 staff, you will be expected to manage timelines and implement to business as usual, developing the engagement of the workforce through effective communication.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience implementing reward projects in large organisations. An understanding of Reward processes and implementation management.

What you'll get in return
C£250 - £300 per day for a period of 3 months.
