My client is a global FMCG company based in Surrey seeking the very best Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Description

* Take ownership of the recruitment function meeting company expectations across both operational and project work

* Design and deliver a brand-led talent acquisition programme to align and educate ways of working throughout the business

* Support, coach and manage a team of at least two direct reports

* Work collaboratively with hiring managers to assist throughout the recruitment process from job briefs, interviews and offer management to on boarding.

* Maintain proactive, up to date communication with both the candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

* Support and upskill hiring managers on recruitment processes and ATS to enable autonomy and engagement


Profile

* The successful Senior Talent Acquisition Partner must be committed to a holistic approach to the candidate experience

* Previous experience of using a blend of management styles to empower and mentor a team with a variety of experience through creating a positive environment

* Passionate, driven, brand focused individual who embodies company culture

* Successful experience and understanding recruiting within fast paced, demanding FMCG, retail or hospitality sectors, predominantly across corporate functions

* Proven experience of progressive and innovative recruitment methods, systems and processes that incorporate company diversity, inclusion and well-being strategies

* Proven strong senior stakeholder engagement, management and influencing skills through face to face interactions

* Ability to identify company needs, propose strategies and implement change. Present these changes with credibility to the business, continuing to challenge own ideas throughout the process with the aptitude to adapt.


Job Offer

* Salary circa £60,000 per annum
