My client, a public sector organisation in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis for 3-6 months, with the potential to be made permanent.

The post holder of this role will be responsible for consulting with management (across your client group) on all people matters and providing daily HR guidance whilst building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business.

This Business Partner will liaise with other Business Partners across the organisation and manage complex case work. You will use your experience, skills and knowledge of the HR  to make an quick impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will need to have previously operated as a HR business partner and be able to hit the ground running. Experience of working in a complex public sector setting is essential.
