Description
The HR Business Partner will be an integral part in the Delivery Operation, supporting 2 Senior Operational Managers to deliver their people strategy. The People Business Partner will create a robust, value-add People Plan which will be both owned and delivered jointly with their operational customers. The plan will translate the People Strategy into local engagement plans, targeted attendance management support, structured trade union interfaces and diversity plans amongst other activities that embed sustainable solutions into the Delivery Operation. You will be required both operationally and strategically partnering with your key stakeholders.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a complex business ideally within manufacturing / logistics or distribution background. You will have excellent communications and presentation skills with strong a good understanding of commercial acumen with extension trade union experience along with working multi-site.
