Working as part of the Reward Team reporting into the Head of Reward:
3-6 month FTC
To support with all aspects of the Reward function including - flexible benefits, bench marking, reward integration, with the ability to problem solve.
Profile
Have previously worked in a Reward role
Is immediately available and can commit to a 3-6 month FTC
Have the ability to problem solve and hit the ground running.
Have solid Reward experience including bench marking, flexible benefits, reward integration.
Job Offer
* Salary £35,000 - 45,000k per annum
