Healthcare Trainer - 6 month FTC £25-30,000.

Our client, a well-regarded leader in their specialist area of healthcare, is looking for an interim Healthcare Trainer. Initially a 6 month FTC although there may be longer term/permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

As Healthcare Trainer you will be responsible for

* Delivering remote training solutions which are engaging and interactive. Training on the best use of digital platforms will be provided.
* Delivering sessions to provide the skills and behaviours associated with carrying out effective outcome focused Support Planning and Risk Assessments
* Delivering training to help delegates develop and build on core skills to assess need, plan and deliver support and manage risk when working with service users
* Identifying and proposing Outcome Focused Training that is suitable for the wider teams across the Directorate.

To be a success in this role you will have:

* Relevant training qualification e.g. CIPD Associate, Certificate in Training and Development or willing to work towards
* Background in Health / Social Care environment preferably in a trainer role
* In depth knowledge of CQC standards and requirements
* Experience of full training cycle

Salary: £25-30,000 depending on experience.
Start Date: September ideally.
Location: Ideally Midlands but can be flexible.
