The client are based in central Leeds with Parking facilities! Although they are all working remotely at the moment, they imagine it will be a blend of home and office base in the future. You will be partnering the head office functions from Finance through to Corporate risk and IT.

The HR Business Partner role will cover the full generalist remit but will focus on these key areas

Profile

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating as as HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor looking for a step up. You must have a proactive approach and seek out how you can add value. You will be autonomous, with strong communication skills that you can flex to meet your audience.

* Ideally CIPD qualified or similar
* Generalist experience
* Experience of working in a corporate or services environment would be advantageous
* Experience of successfully upskilling and coaching hiring managers


Job Offer

The client has a budget of pay up to £40K plus benefits, bonus, pension, health assurance and free parking.

**THEY WILL CONSIDER A 0.8 WORKING WEEK WITH A FULL TIME SALARY OF £50K**
