Your new role

We are currently looking to recruit an interim Learning Services Manager post based in Birmingham. Working in the Adult Education sector, you will be leading two teams, a learning support team and a careers advice and guidance team. This role will involve strong leadership and staff management skills, as you will be coaching and developing these teams to ensure outcomes are met. Alongside this you will have budgetary responsibility and work with the senior management teams to ensure regulatory compliance is met.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a strong staff manager who has experience of working in adult education - or similar area. You should have a good understanding of the education sector and the applicable funding streams. This is an urgent requirement, therefore applicants should be immediately available or free on short notice.
