HR OFFICER - FTC 6 MONTHS

My client are currently going through an unprecedented and exciting period of growth during these challenging times and are now looking for a committed motivated HR professional to assist in implementing business and HR strategies



* HR project delivery support - Assist HR team in the delivery of Internal project plans to meet key milestones to deadline.
* Recruitment - Responsible for advertising of roles, ensuring successful onboarding of colleagues in all business areas.
* Assist HR team in elevating recruitment process to meet the needs of the business.
* Assist HR Manager in the delivery of training to Line Managers in relation to Recruitment & Selection.
* Effectively manage new starter, changes and leaver process.
* Review HR policies, employee handbook and make recommendations, implement agreed changes.
* Competent in manipulating HR data from several systems using Microsoft Excel to produce HR Reports to key stakeholders.
* Provide HR and people management advice to colleagues.
* Minute take and produce accurate notes - Internal Investigations, Grievance Meetings, Disciplinary Hearings, Welfare Meetings, Maternity visits, general meetings.
* Assist in the day to day administration of the HR department including references, uniform orders etc.



What you'll need to succeed
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* A professional and commercially aware communicator and team player with the proven ability to build and maintain internal relationships.
* Detail and deadline focused using initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
* Awareness of the importance of confidentiality at all times.
* Knowledge of employment law.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
* At least 2 year's HR Generalist experience in communicating and implementing HR programs policies, practices, process and analytics in a faced paced environment.
* The ideal candidate would have their own vehicle as visits to sites are expected.
* CIPD Qualification desirable.
* Bachelor's degree.



What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a junior HR officer role, a CIPD qualification will put you at a distinct advantage.
