Description

Reporting to the HR Director, my client is looking for a Workforce Strategy Professional, for an interim period of circa 3 months.

* To lead on the development of the organisation's Workforce Strategy





* To develop a plan to support delivery of the Workforce Strategy with clear deliverables and time lines over the next 3 years.





* To ensure that the Workforce Strategy reflects the financial context in which the organisation is operating.





* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including members of the Leadership Team





* Work with the Heads of HROD and Director of Transformation in developing the Work Force Strategy


Profile

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have the following skill set and experience:

* Substantial experience of developing workforce strategy in a large complex organisation





* Substantial experience of developing plans to deliver strategy





* Experience of working in a senior management role in a large complex organisation





* Experience of working in partnership and building strong links with managers at all levels within the organisation





* Experience of leading and managing and effective leadership of high impact change projects





* Experience of designing and implementing flexible and innovative user focused solutions that deliver organisational strategy





* Significant experience of the broad HROD areas of accountability and responsibility including experience of delivery





* Confidence, and drive to hit the ground running


Job Offer

£63,000 - 70,000 or equivalent day rate
