HR Manager post, part time/3 days per week, up to £50k pa FTE - sound HR generalist experience required

Your new role
You will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the Company. You will originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of an engaged and dynamic workforce. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organisation's business goals. The Human Resources Manager will co-ordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs. It is a standalone role and will report to the CFO and will assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experienced HR professional
* Experience of working in a small company in a standalone role
* Ideally experience of UK and US HR practices
* Experience of remote working
* Experience of collaborative working and as part of a Senior Management Team
* Previous experience of working in a software or technology business desirable, but not essential

* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and exercise initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, able to keep on task and progress through allocated work efficiently
