We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Team Leader to supervise a recruitment team handling all recruitment

We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Team Leader on a permanent basis but also could consider a fixed term to permanent option.

Were seeking an experienced Recruitment team leader with experience of high volume permanent and temporary resourcing.

The successful candidate will report to the Resourcing Manager, leading the permanent and temporary teams. You will be working closely with Managers ensuring a comprehensive and professional resourcing service is given to all our internal and external customers.

We are actively developing both local, national and international recruitment to support the organisation in reducing vacancy rates. You will be a key part of this by managing the team on a day to day basis to make sure that all our campaigns are designed to attract the right candidates at the right time as well as ensuring that the recruitment campaigns truly showcase the exceptional benefits of working for the organisation and the benefits of living on the Isle of Wight.

With a strong desire to do more than just succeed in a demanding fast-paced environment, you will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong IT skills and the ability to interpret complex data and write reports.

As a point of contact for queries and escalations, you will be confident in responding to customers, delivering both positive and challenging information.

An HR qualification/ CIPD Accreditation would be a distinct advantage.

You will influence and line-manage others and remain calm under pressure. In addition, you will need demonstrable experience of managing a team and providing a high level service within a resourcing target driven environment.

CANDIDATES
Seeking Agency or Inhouse Recruitment Team Leader skills supervising teams of recruitment administrators in particular knowledge of temp staffing.
Ideal knowledge and experience of NHS permanent and temporary resourcing

Whilst the role is based from Isle of Wight and Ideally someone would be based there. however the role can be done from home working with days visiting the HQ on Isle of Wight.
