Job Details

We are recruiting for a permanent Head of Reward, working for a well established and commercially run non-profit organisation.

This is a key role, working closely with the HR Director, you will responsible for implementing and maintaining the organisation wide reward and benefits structures in line with the strategic plan.

You will develop the strategy and manage the reward plans and also lead the annual pay review processes, gender pay reporting, pay modelling and job evaluations.

We need a total reward specialist, highly organised with excellent project management skills, an analytical mind and strong interpersonal skills.

What’s on offer? 

Salary for this role is circa 70k with excellent benefits, generous leave and flexible working as standard.
