Are you an experienced trainer / L&D Professional with experience of designing and delivering induction, customer service, sales and compliance training in an organisation with a reputation for customer service excellence? We are recruiting for an established and well regarded business that needs someone to work in partnership with senior operational managers to plan, research, design and deliver (and then own) a range of training courses and learning initiatives.

You will be responsible for

* Planning, researching, designing, and developing a full range of training programmes (induction, customer service, sales and operations)
* Delivery of training programmes through a mix of face to face and digital initiatives.
* Continually evaluating and updating the training materials to ensure they remain both compliant and effective.

To be a success in this role you will have:

* A history of working in organisations with a strong reputation for customer service (high end retail where there is a need for consultative sales or hospitality / hotels)
* Specific experience as an L&D professional (ideally backed up by relevant training qualifications).
* The ability to understand the specific needs and expectations of the business' customers and build training courses and programmes that is relevant to that.
* The confidence to work as Business Partner to senior managers and champion your own reasoned thinking.

The role is mainly Coventry based however you must be prepared to travel across the region (Central England) to be effective in it. This is a key role in a smaller business and will present you with an opportunity to really make an impact on the organisation. As such it could be a career defining opportunity.

Salary: £28-30,000 depending on experience
