We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator/HR Assistant to support a Head of HR

We have a nice opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator/HR Assistant to support a Head of HR with a range of HR transactional and HR projects within the team.

As an HR Coordinator you will be working with the Head of HR and HR Advisors on a various projects and HR administration tasks, including handling a range of employee lifecycle activities.

* Writing HR letters,
* Contracts of employment,
* Updating HR systems,
* Pulling reports and presenting HR data,
* Supporting research projects eg new Policy, employment law, COVID regulations,
* Pay & Grading amendments
* Supporting L&D advisor with training/L&D projects.

This role will suit and experienced HR Administrator / HR Coordinator who has a background of working within a busy HR department. You will need to have a good attention to detail, ability to use initiative to undertake research activities, adaptable and flexible to support projects in HR and L&D.

Ideally level 3 CIPD as minimum

This is an initial contract for 3 months + to take until the end of the year whilst the organisation settles into new ways of working and then there will be potential for further extensions and longer term contract/permanent
