Your new role

This is a really exciting full generalist HR role and will provide an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to gain a wealth of skills. Supported by a HR Director, you will be working in a fast paced and demanding role - where no two days are truly the same ! With oversight of the full employee life-cycle, you will be working with line managers and employees around a variety of issues. From a health and safety point of view you will be monitoring compliance, statutory training and liaise with internal and external organisations to resolve any issues.

What you'll need to succeed

This a fast paced role, you'll need to be used to juggling multiple workloads and able to manage priorities. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is able to manage their own workload and engages well with line managers and employees alike.
