Seldom do you get a Reward role that can provide the breadth of exposure and ownership that this role will. Reporting to the CPO, you'll own the whole reward agenda for the business. That means the opportunity to build a reward philosophy; to build your experience within RemCo and executive pay; to review and realign benefits to the evolving needs of the business and its employees and to build key partnering relationships across the business and to enhance reward communications.

About You

We are looking for someone who holds significant experience in a Reward & Benefits related role, with a broad knowledge of HR Policies and procedures. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness will help you be successful in this role. You'll need to have experience of delivering end-to-end reward projects including pay review and bonus modelling and salary survey benchmarking and analysis.

You'll be comfortable managing and supporting the development of reward offerings, managing key relationships with core providers and ensuring good value is maintained. You'll need experience of being able to plan, prioritise and deliver across multiple activities with technical capability of managing HR systems.
