This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive organisation who are recruiting for a newly created role to support their back office HR function.

Working as the No2 to the Head of function, your key responsibilities will be to manage a team of 7-8 colleagues to ensure that the transactional processes for Employee Services run efficiently and effectively by managing data, utilising the relevant policies & practices, and using the Oracle based system.

There is a large, outsourced weekly payroll which your team will be responsible for checking, validating and uploading the data prior to payment, and then to resolve any worker queries/issues as 2nd tier HR support.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Transactional data and payroll knowledge
  • Have managed and developed a team previously
  • Have experience of working with and paying a large workforce
