Job Details
Schillings protect the fundamental human rights to reputation, privacy and security in times of crisis. Deploying a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, investigators, cyber security specialists, intelligence experts and risk consultants, we enable individuals and leading companies all over the world to enjoy what they have achieved, free from intrusions into their private lives or unjust assaults on their character.
We have an opening for an experienced Talent Manager with expertise across talent management, development and acquisition gained in professional services or a fast growing corporate or tech company to join our HR team on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract. Working with the Head of HR, you will lead on: strategic talent development including succession and workforce planning; promotions; tri-annual career conversations; recruitment; equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives; managing a proactive talent pipeline; and overseeing our work experience scheme and paralegal programme.
It is essential that applicants have experience in talent management and development working with knowledge-based professionals. If you only have a recruitment background then we will be unable to progress your application.
Join a close knit team passionate about hiring and developing high performers and creating a collegiate, learning environment where staff can develop their skills and experience to be their best, supporting the business to achieve its strategic goals.
The Talent Manager can be based remotely but once the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted you must be available and willing to come into Schillings’ London office a minimum 2 days per week (or more as required e.g. to conduct interviews, oversee a project or run training sessions). We are looking for a Talent Manager who is available to start by early October to allow for a months handover.
