The role of Talent Acquisition Manager will be a critical enabler to deliver our client’s business strategy both in the UK and International, delivering a robust talent acquisition strategy which attracts talent, specifically enhancing their tech capability.

This a key role for a talented and ambitious individual to bring a fresh thinking, thought leadership and an operational approach to attraction, working closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partners. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop an employer brand, whilst driving high performance in a technology led environment, proactively developing organisational capability and succession planning in line with ambitious growth plans. The successful incumbent will work at all levels and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the future success of this fast paced business, ensuring the realisation of the organisation’s values and vision to be an employer of choice.

This is a dual role that needs a hand on person, managing a small team, leading on technical/specialist resourcing, whilst enhancing the processes and capabilities needed to enable business leaders to define strategic capability needs. You will be accountable for the employee experience journey up to onboarding, developing an attraction and sourcing strategy which is innovative in a competitive market.

To be considered for this highly visible and critical role, you will be an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of specialist resourcing, whilst establishing and leading the strategic direction of a well-regarded Talent function, during a period of growth.
