Your new company
Global quantitative trading firm based in London, New York & Hong Kong, are seeking a motivated recruiting coordinator to support global recruitment processes. Working alongside an established team
of 2 in London, and 6 globally, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of candidate management and strategy behind the recruitment approach. Your day work will be key to the entire life cycle of searches across various teams, ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and effectively.

Your new role
Working alongside an established team, you will will support the entire life cycle of searches across various teams, and be responsible for the upkeep of the ATS.
You will;

* Support the recruitment team on coordinating and scheduling live interviews
* Ensure systems are kept up to date with candidates records
* Manage candidate workflow and expectations throughout the interview process
* Manage several reporting tools
* Manage multiple recruiting calendars

Your background

* A years professional recruiting/coordination experience
* Motivated with a humble attitude, able to work across multiple teams
* Eager to learn and make an immediate impact
* Able to communicate clearly with internal and external colleagues
* Highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task
* Financial industry experience preferred
