HR Consultant - Employee Relations

This permanent role will be part of the HR team based at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art Two.  The HR function is currently evolving a new People Driver, where we are on a journey to ensure NGS is a great place to work, where our people thrive in a culture where we are trusted, empowered and engaged to achieve our true potential.

The role will be responsible for creating and delivering people practices which develop - and maintain - positive working relationships in the organisation ensuring the alignment of organisational strategy with colleague needs to help develop effective practices.  The post holder will work closely with many stakeholders across the organisation, working closely with unions and employee representatives to ensure people practices are fair and transparent. 

The role will report to the Director of HR.
