As the HR Manager, you will support the high volume, multi-site retail business in the development of people plans, identification of needs, and the resolution needed.

You will ensure there are a robust talent and succession plan covering all business areas, proactively coordinate current and future training needs, and offer coaching to the leadership team across the division.

To be successful in this role you will thrive operating in a high pace environment and bring with you a wealth of retail experience, or come from a service background operating across a multi-site, high volume population. You will be highly resilient, robust, and prepared to go through a period of pain before seeing the results of your positive impact.

You will be a strategic thinker and a natural leader, with intellectual rigor and resilience, also able to get in the thick of it operationally. You will be able to influence and educate, and be an expert in change management in an ambiguous, high change setting.

This role is not for the faint-hearted, but is an awesome opportunity for the right person who is envigorated by such a challenge. There is clear succession to an HRD role at this business so you need to be a true game-changer with ambition and drive.
